Return & Exchange Policy: ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE FINAL SALE,.

LLC extensions come sealed with a security void label. Once opened, the hair cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. This is according to Regulated Hygiene Laws, hair extension exchanges and returns must have the seal intact and not broke, no exceptions can be made. Our packaging is clear and you can see the color without needing to open it. You can also purchase a color ring or a sample of the color

Absolutely no exchanges or returns of opened packages are possible.

. No exceptions. Per hygiene laws and for sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on hair that has been used or opened because it is a real human hair product.

This Company does not exclude liability for any damage caused due to improper installation. After the sale we are not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of products. BeNicoleKnows LLC will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client’s hair during and/or after the hair extension application process. All stylists and consumers agree to use BeNicoleKnows LLC products at their own risk. BeNicoleKnows LLC will not be held liable for any costs associated with the installation or removal of the product, no exceptions. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you understand that there are NO REFUNDS or chargebacks allowed.

PAYMENT

All major Credit and Debit Cards and PayPal are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full prior to shipment of any products.
